Connect your AI assistant to Bullhorn

Lets ChatGPT or Claude search candidates and jobs in RILA's Bullhorn, and draft notes and updates that are saved only after you approve them.

You need a RILA Microsoft account that an admin has given access to this app.

Server URL

No client ID or secret is needed. Optional icon: rila-icon.png.

ChatGPT

1. Open Plugins, then Add → Add custom MCP server.
2. Name Bullhorn. Under Connection choose Server URL and paste the URL above. Authentication: OAuth. Leave the advanced OAuth settings as they are.
3. Tick I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
4. Sign in with Microsoft, then choose Allow on the RILA access page.

Claude

1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
2. Name Bullhorn, paste the URL above, and leave the advanced settings empty.
3. Click Connect, sign in with Microsoft, then choose Allow.
4. In a chat, turn Bullhorn on from the tools menu.

Try it

Ask: “Use Bullhorn to check the connection.”

Access lasts up to 14 days, then the app asks you to sign in with Microsoft again. Menu names in ChatGPT and Claude change often: look for “custom MCP server” or “custom connector”.

If it doesn't work

• Access denied after signing in: ask an admin to give your account access.
• Use ChatGPT or Claude themselves (web, desktop or mobile). Coding tools that run on your computer can't connect.
